Tamica Gaddy - Founder/Presidet -
Tamica started The MLG Foundation in 2011 with a goal to help the very community she was born & raised in, Southwest Philadelphia. Her passion for helping others was instilled in her by her parents, Melvin & Loretta Gatling (MLG).
Professionally, Tamica has been in the Legal industry for over 30 years but her love for helping people is what fuels her. She also loves to travel with her husband, Mitchell & spending time with her kids, grandkids & dog, Mikey.

Tara Pittman - Treasurer - Tara is a proud graduate of University of Phoenix Business Program and is currently a full time quality control specialist at the U.S. Mint.
Tara is a native of the Oaklane & Southwest section of the city and now resides in New Castle, DE. She has a strong sense of devotion for the MLG Foundation. Tara considers it a blessing to be able to help and guiding others to grow .
